We are sorry, but it is not possible to change the e-mail address you entered when booking.
However, it is important that you inform us and provide us with the correct information by sending a request from the "Request Assistance" form in your reserved area in which you inform us of:
-the incorrect e-mail address you entered to make the booking and the correct one;
-first and last name of the reservation holder;
-details relating to your booking.
We would like to remind you that in the event that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address when making your reservation, in order to access the reserved area and manage your reservation, you will have to log in by continuing to enter the incorrect e-mail address.
We inform you that the e-mail address entered to make the reservation cannot be changed, but we will manually re-send the confirmation e-mail to the correct address.
We would like to inform you that the possibility of re-sending in the case of entering an incorrect e-mail address when making a reservation is strictly limited to the case where the error is minimal; this possibility does not apply in the case where you have entered a completely wrong e-mail address.
