On the confirmation e-mail you will find the PNR code identifying your reservation. You will need this code, together with the e-mail address you entered during the booking process, to manage your booking.
If you do not find the confirmation e-mail in the mailbox associated with the e-mail address you entered during booking, we suggest that you first look in the spam box. However, if you still haven't found the confirmation e-mail, you can request it by opening a request in the reserved area.
If you have realised that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address when booking, you can open a support request from your reserved area in which you inform us of :
-the incorrect e-mail address you entered to make the booking and the correct one;
-first and last name of the reservation holder;
-details relating to your reservation.
We would like to remind you that in the event that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address when making your reservation, in order to access the reserved area and manage your reservation, you will have to access by continuing to enter the incorrect e-mail address in the log-in field.
We inform you that the e-mail address entered to make the reservation cannot be changed, but we will manually re-send the confirmation e-mail to the correct address.
We would like to inform you that the possibility of re-sending in the case of entering an incorrect e-mail address when making a reservation is strictly limited to the case where the error is minimal; this possibility does not apply in the case where you have entered a completely wrong e-mail address.
