You can receive a refund of your flight, where applicable, by re-crediting the same form of payment used at the time of purchase or by voucher according to the current policy applied by the airline.
- Refund by re-credit: we will inform you that you have re-credited the refundable amount after receiving confirmation from the airline. The timing of re-crediting to your account will depend on your interbank circuit (it may take a few weeks).
- Refund by Voucher: we will inform you that you will be sent a voucher after receiving confirmation from the airline. You can use your Voucher either on our website or on that of the airline, depending on the terms of service.
